The nightclub Nurai in Beirut is currently hosting an event spanning from Monday to Wednesday, aiming to break the Guinness World Record for the longest dance party, lasting 56 hours. This achievement surpasses the previous record of 55 hours, set by Unique Events Limited in Ireland in 2006. The Lebanese Ministry of Tourism collaborated with Nurai for this marathon event, and admission is free throughout its duration.

However, this accomplishment might not hold for long, as Amsterdam's De School nightclub plans to host a 62-hour party in October during the Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE). It's worth noting that to officially break a Guinness World Record, one must apply through their website.
