SoundCloud is unveiling SoundCloud Premier, a new digital distribution service designed to empower its users and help them monetize their music effectively. This service allows artists to distribute their original music, posted on SoundCloud, to major streaming platforms such as Spotify, YouTube Music, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and Instagram. What sets SoundCloud Premier apart is its promise: artists can keep 100% of their distribution royalties and 100% of their rights without any additional costs.

While other digital distribution services often take a portion of the earnings, SoundCloud ensures streamlined payouts for plays on various streaming platforms, directly transferring the revenue to the creators. This initiative provides an opportunity for artists to showcase their talent on a wider scale while retaining control over their earnings and rights.

Currently in the beta phase, SoundCloud Premier will be made accessible to SoundCloud Pro and SoundCloud Pro Unlimited users. These subscription plans, priced at $6 and $12 a month respectively, offer enhanced features to creators. Users identified as "eligible creators" will receive email notifications about the service in the coming weeks, allowing them to take advantage of this promising opportunity to expand their music presence and generate revenue seamlessly.
